“Ordered a bed off of Amazon supposed to be a 3 day delivery but never turned up contacted Amazon several times I said if delayed because unable to transport bulky items at this present time but still advertising three day delivery I’ve escalated this and now got ASA involved”

“Avoid purchasing from this company as they do not deliver what is ordered. I ordered their Silver Naples kingsize divan and MATCHING headboard from Amazon. The invoice shows I am the customer and Sleep Factory the service provider. Yesterday they delivered the correct bases in silver but with a BLACK headboard...that does not match what was ordered. Amazon could not complete the installation. Amazon informed us to deal directly with Sleep Factory to exchange the headboard but Sleep Factory are not accepting responsibility and are refusing to send the correct headboard and blaming Amazon. Sleep Factory will not divulge contact details for the owner of the company so this issue can be fully investigated. This is in my opinion a scenario in which I have been conned out of my hard earned money. Think twice and twice again”
“The delivery driver left my super king size bed in the main block entrance and refused to help me carry the parts pass the 8 steps because it was blocking residents from entering. I’m not physically fit to carry the bed all the way to my flat and I only asked to just help move it out off the way as it wasn’t even delivered to my block I only came out because he was lost. I think it was a shame, ok yes there may be a policy but certainly didn’t follow his by how it was left. I then proceeded to drag the bed up the wet and dirty stairs! I am not happy!! And I will never be using this service again. The driver could have used his discretion and sense and helped me. Awful!!!
After building the bed, I sat on it and bounced up and down as you do to feel the firmness of the mattress and the plastic ring around two of the base stands have broken! Absolute joke.. never again!!!”

“Would give a zero if i could. Ordered a mattress on 16th July 2022. Received message saying ot will be delivered on 19th July between 8am and 6pm and there must be some there to receive the item. So i took a day off work and waited. No mattress.. I left it a couple of days and e-mailed asking where the item is.. I had a reply to say that its been dispatched to Tuffnels delivery service and would be out for delivery in the next couple of days. Again No mattress. Emailed bedbusteruk again asking for update on order.. They apologised for the hold up and said that they would chase it up. This went on for weeks with emails finally they said that the mattress has been returned by Tuffnels as was damaged but they would dispatch another. Again waited had several dates for delivery where i had to take time off work but No mattress. I then rang bedbustersuk and spoke to customer service - I went through the whole story again by now we are on 11th August.. She looked on the computer system and said there was a delivery date of the 12th August. Same story took day off work.. No mattress. I rang them again. The lady - Emma - said the the mattress was picked up from their depot this morning and is again with Tuffnels-- they had previously said it had been dispatched - the delivery date now is Tues 16th August.. Another day off work. I have said that due to the issues they should reimburse me some money.. They said that when the mattress arrives and if I am happy with it to email them and they will give me a good will guesture money back.. so its another wait.. will update this if then mattress arrives and if they honour the good will gesture.. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM BEDBUSTERUK AGAIN AND MY ADVICE TO YOU IS DONT DO IT.. PURCHASE ELSE WHERE.”
“Driver left bed at bottom of stairs next to flats 21 & 22 . My flat number is 2nd floor, he says they don't do stairs and left me standing with a 1 year old baby in my arms and no way to get bed upstairs. It was a fire hazard. It says on bedbustersuk ebay that its door to door service. This was not my door. It has to be made clearer that they don't do stairs. The bed was left the whole day until I seen neighbours returning from work and asked for help.”
“Headboard crystals are not level. One was missing. Bed is very squeaky when sat on or Stood up, it is cheap made bed. When you think you’ve got a bargin you really haven’t… pay the extra for a decent one”
“I give them no stars pleas avoid. Driver damaged my front door and provided images. This company does put customer care at its fore front and are refusing to compensate me . Accusing me of being a liar, even though i provided images 5 mins after they left. Disgusting”
“Lots of parts missing no screws for headboard.Forgot to load on to van the first delivery date. Had to rebook delivery. Second delivery no drawers when 4 were ordered and had to rebook again and wait another 5 days. When receiving the headboard the polythene wrapped in was covered oil. Had to clean it off before could be unwrapped.”
“Bought the bed through Amazon in January 2021, my son over the moon about the base as it was easy to assemble. Came well packaged BUT mattress is not medium to firm, extremely very soft and uncomfortable. goes flat when laying on it. Not even the same one they have advertised on Amazon.
08/10/2021 This company has called me over the last 2 days asking me to remove my review if they can offer a solution. I have explained to them supplying photos, that the quality of this mattress is pathetic. They have subsequently emailed me today saying they would exchange the mattress, i asked what sort of mattress and they said with the same one. I declined. I mean seriously, you think i am going to accept another poor quality mattress. Then they called me again today, and stated they were prepared to give me a partial refund, baring in mind I paid £244.99 for base and mattress, that was supposed to be medium to firm. The woman who called me asked me to REMOVE MY REVIEWW from Amazon and they would offer me £15 as partial refund. I said no, I have to buy my son a new mattress and she should know what a new one costs, I have to now spend another £180 for a decent mattress, they came back with an offer of £80!! I said no, not accepting that either as the base alone is only is only worth £80!! They were rather admit that i please remove my review. I said no and i would in fact update it so everyone knows what sort of company they are, this was not a refund, or partial anything, this was in fact a bribe to try and get me to remove my review. Please DO NOT BUY THIS BED OR MATTRESS
Update 14.10.2021. They called again offering £120 to remove review. I have advised them as they are a sleep factory that supplies mattresses, that a new decent mattress would cost more than that. Again trying to bribe me to take my honest review down.
Called me again today asking me to remove my review BEFORE they refund me £180. I said no, does not work like that.
