Avoid purchasing from this company as they do not deliver what is ordered. I ordered their Silver Naples kingsize divan and MATCHING headboard from Amazon. The invoice shows I am the customer and Sleep Factory the service provider. Yesterday they delivered the correct bases in silver but with a BLACK headboard...that does not match what was ordered. Amazon could not complete the installation. Amazon informed us to deal directly with Sleep Factory to exchange the headboard but Sleep Factory are not accepting responsibility and are refusing to send the correct headboard and blaming Amazon. Sleep Factory will not divulge contact details for the owner of the company so this issue can be fully investigated. This is in my opinion a scenario in which I have been conned out of my hard earned money. Think twice and twice again
