Its unique trait is to exclusively focus on the best customer service . I am as what they say a "difficult and picky" buyer. . To say the least. I tend to ask many questions, I change my mind and at times doubt my own decisions. I have sciatica, at the age of 52 I started limping because of this condition. I realized that a quality mattress is what may solve my health issues and alleviate my backache . I purchased a high quality King Edward collection mattress - luxury firm- with a Eurotop for more support. It has a latex layer as well, which provides an incredibly cooling effect. The mattress seemed firm at first. After 4 weeks of sleeping on it - I am not limping anymore!! The mattress delivery was free of charge, seamless and timely. Steven is a diplomatic, caring, attentive salesman. He listens to each customer. The mattresses are made in Canada. I recommend coming to the store and checking the mattresses out.
