I wanted to return the bed I had bought happy to do an exchange, the bed was still in the original packaging & had not been used. They refused me an exchange or refund, ignored all my emails rude & abusive on the phone, no customer service. I would not recommended this company to anyone , I wish I had read all the other bad reviews before purchasing from these rogues.
