Very impressed with the effectiveness of this product. I've tried everything between melatonin and supplements made with mushrooms, but sleepwhale provides me with the most restful sleep by far. It also helps me stay asleep and feel energized when I wake up to the point where this coffee lover doesn't have to make a cup every morning just to get started. Solid stuff!
