“Sleepwhale is a liquid you put under your tongue for max absorption. The taste is a little sour but nothing you can't handle. I do appreciate that most nights it helps ease me to sleep but unfortunately, I still wake up a few times in the middle of the night. I recommend this if you're looking for something that does not have melatonin in it.”
