After searching for an effective sleep aid for many years + trying almost every option on the market, I’m so glad to have finally discovered Sleepwhale through a friend who gave it rave reviews. I have never had such deep sleep while also waking up feeling energized and ready to start my day (this has never been the case when taking melatonin, which always leaves me feeling groggy and low energy when I wake up). Sleepwhale is worth every penny if you are looking for a long term solution to immediate deep sleep + if you want to wake up with full energy. I also love it for traveling since it is carry on/TSA compliant…it’s great for short trips when time zone changes can impact sleep. Please never stop making this!!!!
