Sofa arrived on time, but unfortunately the plates for the legs were fitted wrong, so legs wouldn't fit! The underside looked like it had been stapled on by a 3 year old...customer services offered me £60 credit...then £150, even though I pointed out I couldn't use the sofa as the legs don't fit! Then they offered to send out someone to mend the sofa after the covid pandemic is over!!...it was only when I threatened to get trading standards to take a look that they finally agreed to a full refund and to pick up the sofa.
They did refund my money within 3 days.
