“Do not use this company. Appalling in every sense. I ordered a 5ft bed. After a month I received the completely wrong order (a 4ft bed) which had to then be returned.
I was told I would have to cancel my order and re order to receive my original order! Utterly ridiculous. When I went to re order the price had increased by almost €200! And when I emailed customer service multiple times to get assurance that my original purchase price would be honoured, nobody replied!
Appalling customer service, would never use again or recommend. Utterly unacceptable that customer service would just ignore emails.

“They only delivered half of a sofa after 'losing' the second half in their warehouse. Have left me with half an item, complete waste of money and awful company.
Cant get through to speak to anyone to try and solve this issue.

“After reading the reviews online I was very sceptical but needed a sofa in time for christmas!
Ordered it at the end of December and it arrived today and I was not disappointed!! It's perfect, extremely comfy and top quality! I was kept updated from both SLF24 and panther the delivery company! The sofa already had the feet fitted and all I had to do was unwrap it (lots of packaging) and slot it together. It looks lovely in my lounge and I have to say it is the most comfortable sofa I've ever sat on!”
“Sofa arrived on time, but unfortunately the plates for the legs were fitted wrong, so legs wouldn't fit! The underside looked like it had been stapled on by a 3 year old...customer services offered me £60 credit...then £150, even though I pointed out I couldn't use the sofa as the legs don't fit! Then they offered to send out someone to mend the sofa after the covid pandemic is over!!...it was only when I threatened to get trading standards to take a look that they finally agreed to a full refund and to pick up the sofa.
They did refund my money within 3 days.”
“I puchased a sofa having first received several swatches to decide on the colour I wanted. Placed the order and was advised 3-4 weeks for delivery and they delivered well within this timescale. The sofa is exactly what I wanted and would definitely use this company again.”

Ordered online based on just the images on the website, slightly nervous as we couldn't test the sofa before purchase but there was no need to worry, the sofa is very comfortable and looks very nice in our lounge. Good communication from ordering to delivery and delivered in approx 3 weeks.

“Cannot recommend SLF24 more, coming to this page and seeing negative reviews I would have been scared away however I can’t fault them in anyway. We bought the large “Kubic” armchair, beautiful chair that looks way more expensive than what we actually paid and very comfortable, it cost half of what other major furniture company’s were charging for smaller chairs and arrived well before Christmas which most large retailers said was impossible before Christmas.
Delivery was quicker than expected (around 2-3week vs 3-5 week quoted), delivery team lifted it into our new living room without issues and arrived earlier than we expected with a phone call to make sure we were in and lots of email/ text notifications. Would also like to note that although they are offering a £10 refund incentive this is purely for a picture of your item to show on their website for other customers it is not a bribe to post a positive review.”

“The attitude of this company is awful. I won't shop with them again. I ordered dining chairs and, once in the house, I decided they weren't what I was after. In fairness, the delivery was prompt and the chairs seemed to be of good quality. I got in touch to arrange a return. I was told I would have to pay £150 AND fund the return myself. It does state on the site that there is a charge for returns but I assumed this would cover the return costs, not be in addition to them. There is no discernible reason to be charged £150. It breaches the company's own terms and conditions outlined on their site (which state a full refund will be given) and I believe it breaches trading standards. On arguing my case, the company dropped the requirement for me to fund the return myself. However, £150 is still a gross overcharge for the cost of the return. I could have booked a courier to return the chairs for £70. I really didn't appreciate the way SLF dealt with this, trying any angle to get money out of me. They have my £150 but they certainly don't have my repeat custom.”
