Once delivered, they has been sufficiently packed, the delivery driver was pleasant and helpful and, once unpacked, looked great in our lounge. They make excellent seating as well as excellent beds. “Avoid at all costs. We ordered two armchairs from here. Delivery was fine but the armchairs were incredibly uncomfortable and narrow. When we tried to return them (well within the return timescale) "Susanne" at SLF told us that the company charges £150 for the privilege of returning items (in addition to any courier costs). We had to threaten them with legal action before they dropped this. Unpleasant to deal with and terrible customer service!”

“I just received my sofa bed last night and I am absolutely thrilled with it, very good quality, very comfortable and such a reasonable price.
