The whole process of choosing, purchasing, communication and delivery of our chair bed and sofa bed was so easy and efficiently done. Once delivered, they has been sufficiently packed, the delivery driver was pleasant and helpful and, once unpacked, looked great in our lounge. They make excellent seating as well as excellent beds. Couldn't be happier
