Avoid at all costs. We ordered two armchairs from here. Delivery was fine but the armchairs were incredibly uncomfortable and narrow. When we tried to return them (well within the return timescale) "Susanne" at SLF told us that the company charges £150 for the privilege of returning items (in addition to any courier costs). We had to threaten them with legal action before they dropped this. Unpleasant to deal with and terrible customer service!
