Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Our sofa came delivered with a huge dent in the back, I sent photos and was first offered 80 pounds discount or to send someone to fix it. I sent them photos and explained that the timber was broken, and that when we tried to pull the dent out it would only flex the other way. In order to fix it they would have to cut the fabric and replace the timber - which would leave a visible seam. AND WE BOUGHT A NON-BROKEN sofa!! I then got back; how big of a discount would you accept. And I said again; we would like a new non broken product. Like we’ve paid for. I then get back that they’re willing to give me 200 pounds off, but I’m keeping the sofa. I went back and said again, this is a faulty product, not what we ordered. Again I get the option of either accepting 210 pound discount or they could send someone. At this point I gave up. Rubbish! I can’t believe they’re still in business. In comparison, this has happened once before, and the company sent someone to collect the broken item AND they replaced it with a new. No hassle.
