Purchase the ceiling fan from Home Depot because of the contemporary/modern look, remote, and price. It came with 2 different length extension rod, however neither was long enough-I needed 24”. Then I went on a made search trying to find an extension rod with the correct color and length. Could not find it anywhere, and thought I would have to return it. Then I looked in the manual that came with the fan and found a customer service number. Called and rep confirmed they had exactly what I needed. Ordered it,received timely, installed the fan and it looks amazing! The gold tone color is unique!
