They have the best customer service I would say. My fan initially was not synicing with the app and not starting. I msg them once about my fan concern and they checked with me continously untill my issue was resolved. They send me new adapter to check it was adapter issue. Later it was not fixed they replaced me with new fan. I truely appreciate there assistance as they abide by their product.
