I was very impressed with my experience with SmaFan.com. The ordering process was quick and easy and the order was shipped immediately. There was an issue with delivery because the Post Office did not deliver the package when they were supposed to. But SmaFan customer service proactively reached out first thing and made sure that I was able to get my package.
