I think the positive experience started before the fan arrived when my wife forwarded me an email with a helpful video. When I got the fan and opened it, it was SO EASY TO INSTALL. However, like most "easy" stuff, I ran into problem. My fixture was wired for two switches: one for the fqan and one for the light. I didn't know what to do with the red wire, so I called the number on the instructions. Unfortunately, no one answered and it gave me a recording that they were assisting other customers, so I hung up. As I was googling what to do, I got a call from a number I didn't recognize. When I answered, the guy was like, "Did you call SMAfan?" I was like..."Uhhhh, yea." He apologized for missing the call and then helped me solve my problem. WHO DOES THIS TODAY IN 2023? In fact, this is the first time I have ever experienced a call back without me leaving a message. Super dope. I would buy 30 fans from this company.
