I've purchased 10 ice breaker fans for my home and everything arrived quickly and well packaged. Customer support has been extremely responsive when i ran into problems and even replaced failed PCBs for me twice. There waere zero problems contacting them and asking for replacements after going through a few trouble shooting steps. They have the best customer service and support and stand behind their products. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family and use them again in the future.
