SmaFan had better prices and more selection than other sites I looked at, the fan shipped and was delivered quickly, and they have been very communicative. I had no issues with the fan but I feel confident that their customer support would be very responsive. I am replacing all of the ceiling fans in my house so I will definitely order from SmaFan again!
