We purchased a ceiling fan and extension rod through SmaFan. The ceiling fan was delivered quickly. However, the extension rod somehow got lost in transit through no fault of SmaFan. When SmaFan learned of this delay, the unilaterally reached out to me to ask if I wanted them to ship me another extension rod at no cost to me. I was impressed. This is how a company should run its business.
