I installed two of these on a coveered porch. I was very impressed from the start when I saw how well it was packaged. Assembly was straight forward with very good directions. Easy to install. Quality of the prodct seems very good; I expect them to last. It connected to the app easily as was synching it to Alexa. No balancing was needed as there was no wobble on either fan. They move a good amount of air.
