Well, they do have great set of fans at reasonable price compared to HD and Lowes. I bought 4 fans from them and installed myself without an issue. They all worked fine, except there was an issue with one of the fan switch and I reached out to them regarding issue. They got in touch with me right away and arranged replacement switch without hesitation. Amazing customer service
