The customer service is excellent and Hugo is very helpful. The fan failed to run after 1 year and I could not fix the issue. I emailed customer support and Hugo is quick to understand the issue based on the details I provided and shipped the replacement parts. He also provided detailed instructions on how to fix the issue. Once I replaced the parts. the fan worked wonderfully again. Thanks for your excellent and timely service. I will definitely consider smafan again for my future needs.
