I was very nervous after placing my order and then reading the reviews after the fact . I was expecting the worse and almost cancelled the order but I let it go. They emailed immediately after I placed the order . I ordered on Dec 21 and it arrived on Dec 24th after their email said it was arriving Dec 27th. Everything was in great new condition and well packaged. I had no issue whatsoever - very seamless process. I would certainly order from them again.
