Beware of product description. The title said down jacket. I got a polyester filled jacket. They would not cover return despite misrepresenting the product on their site. What a scam. They kept on referring to terms and conditions. Conditions are void if you are not fairly representing the product you are selling.

It is with great regret that I’m giving Smallable a 1-star review, due to a serious lack of transparency. The company used to reimburse customs fees, but has recently stopped doing so. While they are entitled to change their policy, this change was not clearly communicated to customers. I was never informed—no email, no visible message on the website, not even a clear notice during checkout. Instead of being transparent, Smallable chose to bury a vague disclaimer at the very end of the checkout process: “USA / CANADA: Increased customs checks may cause delays, additional documents, and customs fees.” This message is easy to miss and gives no clear indication that customs fees are no longer reimbursed. As a returning customer, I naturally assumed this was a standard notice and that Smallable’s reimbursement policy was still in effect. The result? Unexpected fees upon delivery (l$100 of custom fees for a $250 transaction) no reimbursement, and a customer service team that either hides behind a vague “policy update” or doesn’t respond at all. It’s unacceptable that in 2025, a company would choose confusion over clarity. This is not what I expect from a so-called premium brand, and I feel completely misled as a customer.

Items are cute but you have to pay return shipping fees, which if you're outside of France - even in Europe - is stupidly expensive. I paid over €30 to return a few baby clothes and pair of baby shoes, nearly the entire amount that the things even cost. Simply not worth it.

The items were held at customs due to missing information from the shipper, and unfortunately, their customer service provided little to no communication throughout the process. I’d recommend being cautious when purchasing from them.

Despite being told that my order would be refunded (as it was returned back from customs), I have NOT received a refund nearly two months later. I have had to open up a chargeback with my Amex in order to receive the refund ( €1,550.90) and Smallable are not co-operating and even going as far as lying to claim a refund was given (showing a refund of postage only). THIS COMPANY ARE DISHONEST AND WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. I have been contacting them almost weekly for over two months with no resolution in sight. The most stressful and unnecessary experience and I regret ever purchasing from them. Please order directly from brand websites and do not trust this company with your money. They are thieves! They don't care less about their customers and provide a terrible service.

I ordered 2 pairs of pants from Smallable. When they arrived one of the pairs of pants was damaged. I contacted them to request for them to send me a return shipping label in order to return my order. The wanted me to have the pants repaired by a tailor and I declined and said that I wanted to return my order. NOW, they will not pay for the return shipping. They sent me merchandise that was damaged. I am simply outraged at their poor customer service. I should not have to use my own money to pay for the return shipping of an item that THEY SENT TO ME DAMAGED. Good customer service would be for them to provide me with a shipping label. DO NOT ORDER FROM SMALLABLE.

I received a gift package from here from a family member and had to return several items. I reached out via support because I could not login to my own account for the return since it was a gift, explained the situation, and asked for help returning several items (totaling ~$350 USD) for a gift credit. Someone got back to me with a return shipping address and shipping slip (NOT a label and NOT a customs form as most other retailers do nowadays). They provided zero instruction on completing any forms for international shipping to ensure the shipment got to them (I assume because they don't care since they were already paid). I paid the $70 USD at my local post office and shared tracking info with Smallable, and they then went and refunded the original purchaser, rather than me, the recipient despite my earlier instructions. When I pointed this out, on top of the fact that I paid out of my pocket for the return thinking I'd get a $350 USD site credit in return, they suggested I reach out to the original gifter and tell them that Smallable had a glitch on their back end and refunded the wrong person, rather than accepting responsibility and dealing with it themselves. Of course I do not, as this was an embarrassing enough situation, so I took a loss on this, but it was completely unacceptable and they never responded to my request to escalate the situation. ORDER WITH CAUTION.

Didn’t receive my items (stuck at US customs and smallable didn’t respond in time). These were Christmas presents so my entire ordeal was very stressful. I contacted smallable who told me they would be cleared. Turns out they were returned back to smallable as they didn’t provide the information. Now I have been chasing for a refund (for a package I have not received) for over two weeks. My emails are being ignored and the entire experience and customer service provided is shocking. I would buy direct from the brands and avoid this website. I have now had to start a chargeback on my card in order to retrieve the funds. I feel as though I’ve been robbed.

I got the wrong size of a snowsuit and I had to sent it back of my own costs. Now it is 4 week ago, I have no refund and it is impossible to get in contact. the telefonnummer doesn't work and there is no email address. Twice I took their contact formula, but no return. It was 118 € for the suit and 14 € return costs. Very bad

I recently made my first purchase from Smallable, and I have mixed feelings about the whole experience. Let me break it down: Website and Product Variety: The Smallable website is beautifully designed, and they offer an extensive selection of products.I was impressed by the variety of items available. Customer Service: Unfortunately, I encountered significant issues with their customer service. Despite multiple attempts, I received no response from them. It’s frustrating when you’re left hanging without any assistance. This is no news since most of the comments here refer to this as a main issue with the store. Returns and Customs Fees: Returning an item turned out to be expensive. I spent an additional 30 CHF just on return shipping. Dealing with customs fees was confusing, and I couldn’t find a straightforward solution. If you’re not based in France, be prepared for potential customs-related headaches. When I attempted the return, I tried to pay any potential fees at the Swiss Post, but they informed me that paying customs fees in advance wasn’t possible. Now my package is held at customs due to unpaid fees. Despite reaching out proactively to the Swiss Post, the French post, and the customs department, I still haven’t received a response. Smallable hasn’t answered any of my several attempts to find a solution. Based on my experience, I hesitate to recommend Smallable to others.Unless you’re in France or absolutely sure about keeping the products, explore other options.It’s been over a week since I returned my items, and still no response from Smallable.

DON'T BUY THINGS FROM SMALLABLE WEBSITE!! I sent my return parcel and it has been in French customs for over 20 days, they said they need"the receiver"- which is SMALLABLE, to contact them to release the parcel. I called SMALLABLE customer service more than 3 times by INTERNATIONAL CALLS, but they did nothing! THIS IS THE FIRST and WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD to buy things from SMALLABLE!!

Very happy with the whole ordering-delivering experience. Smallable would send me everyday emails informing me about the whereabouts of my parcel. Parcel arrived on time and in perfect condtition. I recommend Smallable

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this online shop. I ordered several high-end products, expecting top-notch quality and service. However, when the products arrived, they were all damaged beyond usability. To make matters worse, the customer service provided by this company has been absolutely atrocious. Despite reaching out to them multiple times through their "contact" page, I have received zero responses. It's incredibly frustrating that there is no direct email to contact anyone, leaving me feeling completely ignored and abandoned as a customer. In total, I've sent six inquiries regarding the damaged items, yet I have not received a single acknowledgment or resolution. This level of disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable. In summary, this is undoubtedly the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this website to avoid it at all costs. The lack of product quality and abysmal customer service make it not worth the risk.

Please avoid this website. They keep listing products that they don't have any stock with and once you pay for it, you will have to chase for shippment status and eventually refund. It takes forever. The same incidence happened to me TWICE. By doing so they easily hold up your money for a month and give you nothing in the end.

Adding to the review below. We're another supplier of Smallable. Been chasing them for months for very old invoices, they never reply and do not pay their invoices. We've never dealt with a company with this level of disregards for their suppliers. I think other small brands should know about this. Absolutely unacceptable business practices. Are there other businesses not being paid and being completely ignored by Smallable? Seeing their behaviour, we figured this is common and are not surprised to see the review below.

We sell our product to Smallable. They have 2 outstanding invoices that they are not paying or responding to reminders on. This has been ongoing since April 2023. Extremely disappointing that they cannot pay a small business for their products.

Awful, they said item would take 2 business days to arrive when I first purchased, than it changed for 5 days, now my item is stuck in customs and guess what? Customer service doesn't reply. Do not buy from this website!

Awful awful awful. Ordered a jumper and sent it back as I didn't realise I'd have to pay import tax! No sign of a refund from them and they are not replying to my emails. Dreadfully run company! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP!

If I could I would click 0 stars. As a professional company they should offer free returns, all similar sites offer free returns. I received my order of 5 kids shoes and need to return 3 because they are tight on my kids I will have to spend more than my entire order! Its appalling. Also, the customer service team is non existent.
