“Please avoid this website. They keep listing products that they don't have any stock with and once you pay for it, you will have to chase for shippment status and eventually refund. It takes forever. The same incidence happened to me TWICE. By doing so they easily hold up your money for a month and give you nothing in the end.”

We've never dealt with a company with this level of disregards for their suppliers.
I think other small brands should know about this. Absolutely unacceptable business practices. Are there other businesses not being paid and being completely ignored by Smallable? Seeing their behaviour, we figured this is common and are not surprised to see the review below.”

I purchased a $230 aud organic cotten nappy bag because I have severe allergies to chemicals. The bag arrived my partner who doesn't have allergies open box and gasped at how terribley strong it smelled of chemicals abd fragrance. I emailed the company. Explaining I spent so much to by an organic product as I have allergies. They said wash it 3 times and the "natural" detergent used in Thailand to wash bag would come out. I did it smelled axactly the same. I contacted company who informed me I could not return it as I has washed it!!! The bag is also poor quality far from organic 😢”
“Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid this Website!
Purchasing from this website has been the worst decision I have ever made. Not only did I not receive any email confirmation or updates after placing my order, but the lack of responsiveness from their customer support team is truly appalling. It feels like a complete scam.
Fortunately, I had the presence of mind to take a screenshot of my order details and payment confirmation. However, despite having all the necessary information, I have been left clueless about whom to contact in order to get a refund. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and highly unprofessional.
I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this website. The lack of communication, non-existent customer support, and overall untrustworthiness make it an incredibly unreliable and unpleasant place to do business. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable source for your purchases.
I sincerely hope that no one else falls victim to the same ordeal I have experienced.

I made a order that supposed to have3 items and paid for the shipping (over $280). I was so excited to receive my order and only found out the smallable team swapped my worth $115 brass shell candle holder with some cheap knock off $23 dollar trinket dish that looks nothing like what I’ve ordered.
Contacted the customer service, and Romain (the customer service) refused to send me the proper product and told me the only option is ro refund! I’m absolutely disappointed with the company smallable and how unprofessional this customer service represent deal with the situation! I didn’t even agree to the solution, they have already issued the refund! Leaving me no choice !!!!! Now if I want to order the same item again, I’ll have to pay from the pocket for an extra shipping cost!”

Got an email from Smallable that they couldn't process the order without a photo/copy of a personal identification document and a credit card...a second form of payment! after funds had already been transferred via PayPal!
Email and web site have a bunch of condescending language about how that practice is "common in Europe". It is not.
Tried to cancel the order, no response from Smallable (except for a bunch of "no longer a valid address" returned emails).
Had to open a dispute with PayPal (PayPal has great customer service, and the rep even said that what Smallable asked for was a huge red flag). Got my money back after a week (Smallable didn't respond to PayPal either).

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a pair of womens shoes and received a childrens bookbag. I have called multiple times and emailed even more. I received ONE email from a lady named Leslie and once I replied back with the image of the bookbag I was sent and she never responded again. I emailed her multiple times after this exchange and no response. My multiple phone calls have ended in promised emails with ZERO emails to follow!”
“Poorly packed items, some of which were broken on arrival; however, they won’t take anything back because the delivery was accepted and not immediately sent back with the carrier.
Items were okay, definitely did not live up to expectations. Especially for the price. Scratches on some of the dishes and cutlery. Visible glue on a ceramic item.
Also paid $55 shipping and $80 C.O.D. (different than customs) which implies that Smallable never paid the full shipping, requiring Canada Post to collect the shipping cost as C.O.D. That’s an insane amount of shipping for something that wasn’t even packaged correctly.
I wish I had seen these reviews before. I rarely ever leave reviews for anything but want anyone tempted to buy from them to look elsewhere and save your money!”
“I ordered a bed from smallables. Two and a half weeks after shipment (for supposedly 5-7 day delivery) bed has still not arrived. Having called smallables daily there is the promise of follow up with courier and to contact me later in the day which never happens. There is no ownership or escalation the customer service is truly horrendous if something goes wrong. Having shopped multiple times with smallables I will never purchase from them sgain”
