“I ordered items worth more than 500 euros, my credit card was charged the same day. 23 days late have not received any item of my order, I have been trying to contact them with no luck. This is outrageous for online shopping of 2022. If I was a supplier to Smallable I would stop my cooperation immediately. I have asked for a refund but have not yet received anything.”
“For a Canadian order shipping charged then additional customs charges more than the profit was worth. Was charged twice with these customs charges because they delivered 3 of the same product as 2 shipments. One shipment with one bottle. The other shipment for the other 2 bottles. All of the same product. Do not order if out of the country!!!!”
“Very misleading company who provide horrible products and have an appalling returns policy with non-customer service should the product ( which I had to do) be returned.
The product images online are very misleading. The quality of the product I received was not a $100-looking product but one that should have cost $30 maximimum if not less.
Smallables customer service failed to address or assist or reply with any help to my emails but chose to stonewall at arms length with a scripted vague unhelpful repetitive reply ….basically I’m lumbered with a wasteful shoddy product I do not want and sending back is a charge costing more than the product itself.
Smallables have no real returns policy… basically if you pay for the product you have to keep it as the cost of return exceeds the cost of the actual product, therefore the returns policy is misleading, dishonest, unacceptable and …a scam.
I gave Smallables every opportunity to reply and rectify the problem (as most viable Brands that ship internationally provide a discounted rate of return or free returns ) however they prefer to ‘take the money and run’ for short term gain rather then nurture consumers who will allow them to grow their Brand and Business for long term success.
I value and definitely support small businesses but Smallables should become Minuscule’s or better still Invisible’s based on this experience.
Reputation and reviews are everything in a very competitive online marketplace.

“Unfortunately I should have listened to these reviews. Their customer service is horrendous. I have never experienced anything like this with other foreign retailers. I purchased 1 item which was too large and have spent so much time and energy trying to return it. I am literally out half the amount i spent on the item on just the shipping and return fees! $$$! They simply refuse to take the return once the package got to their warehouse and sent it back! Mindblowingly ridiculous. Save your $$$ and spend it elsewhere. Disreputable and dishonest.”

They responded that they canceled my order due to the Christmas rush, and would not be able to fulfill the order, one week before Christmas! I received a damaged item costing close to $1,400. I immediately contacted the company to see about having the item replaced. “Beautifull clothing but be aware! If you have a complaint they don't do anyting! I bought a Claris Virot bag (original price 560,-) in sale but still paid 343,42. Worn it 1 day, my knit from Sessun (245,-) was completely ruined due to rubbing off on my knit. Stains allover the knit. Explenation is that suede can rubb-of (but the strap did as well so the coloring is done correctly). I'm already in contact with them for over 6 week but nothing is happening, only stories that people are on holiday. I don't care, I'm customer of Smallable and they should solve it. It's not difficult to build a webstore with beautifull brands, it's difficult to keep your customers happy! Smallable is not succeeding. I would buy somewhere else where customer IS indeed king!”
“Terrible. DO not purchase anything from them. It is not a WYSIWYG. Product cheap not like image. When you return the product for the refund they say they can’t locate the return despite proof and no refund. Save yourself. Buyer beware”
