“Items are cute but you have to pay return shipping fees, which if you're outside of France - even in Europe - is stupidly expensive. I paid over €30 to return a few baby clothes and pair of baby shoes, nearly the entire amount that the things even cost. Simply not worth it.”
“Made an order. 1 of the four items was a metal box that was placed in the bottom of the parcel with no protection whatsoever. only a thin sheet of paper. Needless to say, this box arrived with many dents on it.
Obviously packaging a parcel is not their strong point and besides, I'm not getting an answer from them.”
