Service was fast and informative- I was pretty impressed. The big problem is the shoe sizing chart they provided as reference for converting a pair of UGGS for my 11 y.o. Converting to US- it’s totally off and the boots are too small😠😩

They sent the right item in the wrong colour then delayed sending a pre-paid returns label and despite receiving returned item on 23 June 2022 have not yet issued a refund. Terrible customer service I would not recommend

Worst company, unprofessional, rude, unhelpful, poor quality I purchased a $230 aud organic cotten nappy bag because I have severe allergies to chemicals. The bag arrived my partner who doesn't have allergies open box and gasped at how terribley strong it smelled of chemicals abd fragrance. I emailed the company. Explaining I spent so much to by an organic product as I have allergies. They said wash it 3 times and the "natural" detergent used in Thailand to wash bag would come out. I did it smelled axactly the same. I contacted company who informed me I could not return it as I has washed it!!! The bag is also poor quality far from organic 😢

The worse customer service I have ever experience. If fact, there is no customer service! I have been trying to return an item for 2 weeks and no one answer my emails to contract nor my complaints. The return shipment cost 4 times the initial shipment. Tt is ridiculous and you can't talk to anyone there! Do not buy from tham. not worth a cent.

We sell our product to Smallable. They have 2 outstanding invoices that they are not paying or responding to reminders on. This has been ongoing since April 2023. Extremely disappointing that they cannot pay a small business for their products.

Awful, they said item would take 2 business days to arrive when I first purchased, than it changed for 5 days, now my item is stuck in customs and guess what? Customer service doesn't reply. Do not buy from this website!

Awful awful awful. Ordered a jumper and sent it back as I didn't realise I'd have to pay import tax! No sign of a refund from them and they are not replying to my emails. Dreadfully run company! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP!

If I could I would click 0 stars. As a professional company they should offer free returns, all similar sites offer free returns. I received my order of 5 kids shoes and need to return 3 because they are tight on my kids I will have to spend more than my entire order! Its appalling. Also, the customer service team is non existent.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid this Website! Purchasing from this website has been the worst decision I have ever made. Not only did I not receive any email confirmation or updates after placing my order, but the lack of responsiveness from their customer support team is truly appalling. It feels like a complete scam. Fortunately, I had the presence of mind to take a screenshot of my order details and payment confirmation. However, despite having all the necessary information, I have been left clueless about whom to contact in order to get a refund. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and highly unprofessional. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this website. The lack of communication, non-existent customer support, and overall untrustworthiness make it an incredibly unreliable and unpleasant place to do business. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable source for your purchases. I sincerely hope that no one else falls victim to the same ordeal I have experienced. Leaving my email here hoping someone from this company will reach out and get my refund ASAP.

Horrible...returned item to sender when item was 3 hrs from house then told me to reorder so i reordered then I get email saying after the took funds they were out of stock...no awaiting 2 refunds from PayPal from them

Worst experience ever ! My first time shop with smallable and sadly also my last time. And would not recommend anyone to purchase from the website. I made a order that supposed to have3 items and paid for the shipping (over $280). I was so excited to receive my order and only found out the smallable team swapped my worth $115 brass shell candle holder with some cheap knock off $23 dollar trinket dish that looks nothing like what I’ve ordered. Contacted the customer service, and Romain (the customer service) refused to send me the proper product and told me the only option is ro refund! I’m absolutely disappointed with the company smallable and how unprofessional this customer service represent deal with the situation! I didn’t even agree to the solution, they have already issued the refund! Leaving me no choice !!!!! Now if I want to order the same item again, I’ll have to pay from the pocket for an extra shipping cost!

Poorly packed items, some of which were broken on arrival; however, they won’t take anything back because the delivery was accepted and not immediately sent back with the carrier. Items were okay, definitely did not live up to expectations. Especially for the price. Scratches on some of the dishes and cutlery. Visible glue on a ceramic item. Also paid $55 shipping and $80 C.O.D. (different than customs) which implies that Smallable never paid the full shipping, requiring Canada Post to collect the shipping cost as C.O.D. That’s an insane amount of shipping for something that wasn’t even packaged correctly. I wish I had seen these reviews before. I rarely ever leave reviews for anything but want anyone tempted to buy from them to look elsewhere and save your money!

I ordered items worth more than 500 euros, my credit card was charged the same day. 23 days late have not received any item of my order, I have been trying to contact them with no luck. This is outrageous for online shopping of 2022. If I was a supplier to Smallable I would stop my cooperation immediately. I have asked for a refund but have not yet received anything.

For a Canadian order shipping charged then additional customs charges more than the profit was worth. Was charged twice with these customs charges because they delivered 3 of the same product as 2 shipments. One shipment with one bottle. The other shipment for the other 2 bottles. All of the same product. Do not order if out of the country!!!!

HORRIBLE I’m so mad. Avoid this company please, I wish I did. So I payed and ordered 4 items got only 3, do they care? Nah. I emailed 10 times with no reply, on instagram they keep sending the same automatic messages. It’s been more than a week and I guess I have to accept being bamboozled

I was charged 4 times by this company, given no receipt but only shipped one item. I reached out to the company multiple times asking for the charges to be reversed with no success. When I made a public social media post asking for a refund and calling them out, I was told someone would get in touch. ( that was over a week and half ago ) I have now canceled my cards and reported fraudulent activity.

Terrible service!!! They failed to leave any notification to say they attempted to deliver my item. (Nobody knocked, as I was home) so apparently with one attempt they sent my item back which is now out of stock. Just awful service!!!

We spend half of the day picking up different items. After filling all payment forms and entering 3d secure information nothing happened. While we were contacting our bank to make sure we will not be charged, the shopping bag became empty. They deleted all items we've been spending time to pick. Terrible user experience. But after we read all reviews on this website we feel lucky we were unable to proceed.
