“I placed an order for my granddaughters on November 29th for Christmas, they charged my credit card immediately for the order, over$650,I did not recieve the merchandise as of December 16th, so I contacted the company. They responded that they canceled my order due to the Christmas rush, and would not be able to fulfill the order, one week before Christmas! Such bad business practice, I will not order from them again.”

“The absolute worst!!!!!!! First off all my order took months to receive. They didn't notify me that it was on back order. I had to notify them to inquire where my order was to find this out. I received a damaged item costing close to $1,400. I immediately contacted the company to see about having the item replaced. I heard back initially with an apology and then nothing from them to resolve the situation. I emailed again and no response. Finally I had to dispute the order through my credit card company. “Beautifull clothing but be aware! If you have a complaint they don't do anyting! I bought a Claris Virot bag (original price 560,-) in sale but still paid 343,42. Worn it 1 day, my knit from Sessun (245,-) was completely ruined due to rubbing off on my knit. Stains allover the knit. Explenation is that suede can rubb-of (but the strap did as well so the coloring is done correctly). I'm already in contact with them for over 6 week but nothing is happening, only stories that people are on holiday. I don't care, I'm customer of Smallable and they should solve it. It's not difficult to build a webstore with beautifull brands, it's difficult to keep your customers happy! Smallable is not succeeding. I would buy somewhere else where customer IS indeed king!”

I was charged duty fees from the postage company, as to be expected, but Smallable offers a full refund which was quick and easy through their online forum. “Don’t buy from this shop! Terrible customer service! I placed and paid my order on the 9th august. On the 20th I sent the customer service via web page an email, they replied later that the items had been delivered on the 22th which did not happen. When informed they asked for some documents (including id card and a hand written letter) in order to proceed to the refund. I promptly sent the documents on the 26 th august and never got an answer from them!! This is totally unacceptable!”
