Didn’t receive my items (stuck at US customs and smallable didn’t respond in time). These were Christmas presents so my entire ordeal was very stressful.
I contacted smallable who told me they would be cleared. Turns out they were returned back to smallable as they didn’t provide the information.
Now I have been chasing for a refund (for a package I have not received) for over two weeks. My emails are being ignored and the entire experience and customer service provided is shocking.
I would buy direct from the brands and avoid this website. I have now had to start a chargeback on my card in order to retrieve the funds. I feel as though I’ve been robbed.
