Dustin Flynn did a great job identifying a replacement and alternative engines that would work for me. Robbin and Mandy (customer service) were very helpful in trying to resolve an issue that occurs when ordering on the website and trying to use Sezzle. If billing address and ship to address are not the same, then Small Engine website doesn't feed that info back to Sezzle. Thus you can't utilize the the 3 month no interest offer from Sezzle. Problem is with S.E.W. website I guess. I had to order with a credit card. It was unfortunate that it couldn't get resolved, but the employees did all they could to help, but it didn't fix it for me and so I was a little dissatisfied, due to the number of calls, the amount of time and not being able to utilize the Sezzle offer from my side.
