“AMAZING. I tried 5 different tractor and lawn mower repair companies. NONE could fix my zero turn. Then I took matters into my own hands and called the engine manufacturer DIRECTLY. They too could not help me stating the engine on my machine was discontinued thus why everyone couldn’t seem to fix this mower. Stroke of luck a random call to another repair place told me to call Small Engine Warehouse which I did and with literally a 5 minute phone call I had a replacement engine ordered and on its way to my house. 5 days later it arrived. Said mower guy put it on my mower in a few hours and I got my favorite machine back. THIS IS TOP NOTCH SERVICE. I never write reviews because I don’t have the time good or bad. HOWEVER. This needed to be said so there you go. Use SMALL ENGINE WAREHOUSE with COMPLETE CONFIDENCE.”

“I ordered Oregon part number 91-638 and received part number 191-638. I contacted customer service and he said that was the same number I ordered and would not send me a return shipping label. Also the part description is misleading and makes you think you are purchasing a package of three blades and it is only one.”

“I appreciated you showed other related parts, which showed the true part I needed. The engine was an earlier verson, and needed a different part# than what was shown by B&S's site. I even went to a local B&S tech, and they couldn't help. Those related parts shown at the botton of your search page showed the right part - including an image showing rulers, to verify the size.”

“Fast delivery but the engine was not mounted to anything so it was thrown around in the box that bent the oil filter and the throttle bracket was bent. I replaced the filter and straightened the bracket so everything is good now.”
