“AMAZING. I tried 5 different tractor and lawn mower repair companies. NONE could fix my zero turn. Then I took matters into my own hands and called the engine manufacturer DIRECTLY. They too could not help me stating the engine on my machine was discontinued thus why everyone couldn’t seem to fix this mower. Stroke of luck a random call to another repair place told me to call Small Engine Warehouse which I did and with literally a 5 minute phone call I had a replacement engine ordered and on its way to my house. 5 days later it arrived. Said mower guy put it on my mower in a few hours and I got my favorite machine back. THIS IS TOP NOTCH SERVICE. I never write reviews because I don’t have the time good or bad. HOWEVER. This needed to be said so there you go. Use SMALL ENGINE WAREHOUSE with COMPLETE CONFIDENCE.”

“quality product at a reasonable price. I own an independant small engine repair shop and look for these two things. That said I also look for a supplier that has the part(s) I need in stock and ready to ship. In this case it was a carburetor for a Kohler engine. The website said they had 17 in stock. Three days later I received an email stating they had none in stock and would have to ship from one of their suppliers. It was a week later that I received the carburetor. This caused me undo problems trying to explain to my customer that the supplier did not have it in stock. The customer was very unhappy which made me very unhappy. If I order from SEW again I will be sure it is something I do not need in a hurry. I have a list of companies that tell tales about having something in stock when they know they do not have it. I only order from them when I am in no hurry. SEW has lost most of my business over this order and one other from several months ago. their loss.”

“Ordered some parts for my riding lawnmower. Parts came in earlier then the email tracker said they would. When I opened the box the kit contained the wrong attachment screws. I called them and they opened a case and promptly sent the correct screws. I will definitely order from them again”

“Service was excellent and I received my product quicker than expected. However, UPS left the engine in the middle of my driveway over 200 feet from my house in the rain with the top on the box open. I know that is out of your control but you choose the carrier, not the customer, so their actions directly effect you. Something to think about.”
