“Robert was very helpful with information regarding my purchase. The motor was very well packaged.
One downside, I realized there is no drain to change the oil. Guess I will need a suction pump to remove the old oil. No big deal.
If I ever need another motor, Small Engine Warehouse will be the first place I look.”

“I own a landscaping company in Pennsylvania. I needed an oil pan for a kohler engine off of my zero turn, so I ordered their oil pan kit. I needed it quick, so I called the place and they said that if I the part is in stock shipping would take 3-5 days to get to my location. The website showed 43 in stock. I ordered the part. The next day I got an email stating that they didn't have any in their warehouse, it would be shipping to me from a different vendor warehouse. I never received a tracking number. 5 days go by and I hear nothing from them, so I called. Jayden(spelling?) was my customer service rep and he was awesome. He had found that it didn't ship to me, it had shipped from a different warehouse back to the company even though it was, in fact, in stock. A different woman(I forget her name) told me that my order was placed in back order. Jayden was able to help get it sorted and expedited it with 2 day shipping to get me my part. So when I finally get it, the oil pan was cracked around the threads for the oil drain and it was leaking oil. It appeared to be a casting defect. I couldn't wait any longer. I had to get my mower running so I threw some jb weld on it and I'm praying that it holds. They may have replaced it if I called, I can't tell you one way or the other, but I didn't have time to wait around for another shipping mishap or defective part, so I just made it work. I will not be ordering from them again.”
“My engine arrived at 2025hrs. And the box looked like it had been handled very rough. The Styrofoam top support for the engine was DESTROYED! There was oil all over the engine and the box, inside and out. I fit the engine anyways, but never started it.”
I'm sorry, tracking shows this has been delivered. On 7/9 we emailed you your invoice along with the tracking information attached as a link to click on. Per tracking it shows it was delivered on Tuesday 7/14 at 11:18am at your mailbox. This went through USPS mail.

“I placed an order for a kohler mower motor, and it came exactly when the tracking said it would. Which was within a week, and I am based out South Texas.
The motor was/is in good condition. I got the motor in, and it turned over with no issues at all. It was just plug and go.
Also I spoke to someone at the warehouse ( it was a lady), and they answered any questions or concerned I had before I placed the order.
I would seriously recommend them for any issues you have with small engines.”

“The engine was recieved in great packaging. It took a while to get it installed and running because of the difference in wiring since the privious engine did not have a carburator fuel solenoid and there no appropriate wiring instructions as to which wire went where. I contacted SEW and they sent a diagram of the BS wiring which helped, but I still had to jerryrig a separate on/off switch for the solenoid. I have an older Murray riding mower, and it seems to run okay now with the new B&S 17.5 engine.”
