“I ordered a belt online for my mower. It was to arrive in a couple days. Received a message that it was not in stock and delivery would be delayed. I tried to call several times and only got answering machine. After a few days I left a message to cancel my order and ordered from another site. His belt arrived Tuesday and was installed. I just received a belt from you late today(July 11 ) which i no longer need. How should i return the belt to you.

“Ordered replacement engine for my John Deere 2008 LA115 lawn tractor. Engine was delivered in less than one week and was exactly as described. Installation was fairly straightforward except the new wiring harness connectors did not match the old harness, so just cut off the connectors and spliced the wires. Took some research using ChatGPT to make sure the wires were matched correctly. Fortunately, got the correct match on first attempt. Started up new engine and it runs great. Now just need to do a proper break in period. Overall, I’m very happy with the quick delivery and product quality.”

“My product arrived with manufactrure defects and shipping damage becasue it was poorly packaged. Some of the scratches could not have been from shipping though. I have reached out to you for help but no repsonse at all. Very dissapointed and will likley be disputing the charges on my account. Can not recommend anyone purchae from this company unless you make it right”

“The engine arrived yesterday via UPS and on the day of estimated arrival at the time of purchase. As the box was intact, I have yet to open it as I than loaded it in my truck for transport to another location for installation. If edits are allowed, I'll add an update once opened and installed.”
