“I bought a 6.5hp Briggs & Stratton Professional Series Engine, Horizontal 3/4x2-27/64 Shaft, Recoil Start
Briggs & Stratton 2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty. A little over a year ago. When I installed it it started right up. I used for about 30 min. Then it sat for 3 months. Then it wouldn't start. Turns out the float was stuck. Then I ran it again for about 30 min. It had a miss in it then. Then it sat again over the winter. when I tried to start it it wouldn't run. Pretty sure the float was stuck again. I hit with my dead blow mallet a couple of times then it started but still had that miss. So I'm not happy about this motor. I guess I have a 2 year warranty.”
“The repower kit for my 318 John Deere garden tractor arrived a head of schedule with good communication on delivery time. The kit is complete and fits well in the tractor. The instructions could be a little more informative to benefit first timers though.”

“My dad ordered a new motor for his lawn mower (he is older and does not use computers so I placed the order on his behalf). Initially he thought it was a bad motor and tried to call the company. It took a few days of kind of back and forth, but eventually they were able to talk to my dad and help him figure out what he wasn't doing right. Motor works great and they were very helpful. My only complaint is that my dad called and left them a message on the first day the motor arrived and instead of calling him back they emailed me. If they had just returned his call with a call in the first place it could have saved us days of back and forth.”
