“Your product is excellent, no real complaints. Except that it would be nice for a little more installation procedure. Not everyone is a mechanic that installs engines all the time. As an example, the engine mounting holes are not threaded and some other holes like the muffler bracket holes. I figured out that the original bolts were high quality self tapping screws. But most people I saw online doing installations had no clue and where tapping the holes and or using Nuts and Bolts which is a bad idea if they don't use the proper hardware. A little installation guidance instructions would help your products be installed properly. But over all a very clean install and a great product. Thank You”

We understand that not everyone has extensive mechanical experience. Almost all new engines now come with untapped mounting holes that require the use of new self-tapping bolts for the initial installation. I am sorry for any confusion this may have caused. “Bought the Kawasaki 24hp, arrived in crate well packaged in just 3 days. Had engine on my zero turn in about an hour and back to cutting grass. Engine much quieter than my old one. Would purchase again”

“I have been a satisfied customer of Small Engine Warehouse for decades. Never have I been plagued by the dreaded "buyer's guilt" syndrome. I place my order, and it is shipped right away and here on the East Coast within a few days. What few shopping glitches I experienced were corrected on the spot: I ordered a sctatch and dent engine a while back that arrived with an irrepairably fouled carberateur. When I informed them of the issue, I was sent the replacement part immediately, no additional fees. Last week we experienced some minor confusion as regards my most recent order, and Tim resolved it over the phone - no big deal. It's for these reasons and others that I will continue to shop with Small Engine Warehouse, and will recommend them to anyone who does outdoor property maintenance, and/ or buys, sells, or repairs yard and/ or agricultural equipment.”

“the engine is great it gave my 318 a much needed power increase. It mows better and faster and uses less fuel. the only reason i gave it a 4 and not a 5 is the throttle lever is hokey i hate it and will be replaceing it and i think also something a little better could have been done with the oil drain hose”

“AWESOME!! Had the engine in my mower go down on the Friday before Memorial Day. Of course it was after hours before a long weekend. Ordered my replacement engine and Wednesday about 3:30pm the delivery truck was in my drive dropping off my new engine! Great service, good prices and Awesome Shipping Department got me back to mowing about 3 days earlier than I had expected!”

“Using the websites search by make and model of equiptment I was able to find out what shaft size my old obsolete engine had without having taken it out of my lawn tractor yet. This allowed me to order the adapter sleeve on the same order with the engine saving me a bunch of time.”
