The sales person was very helpful, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and considerate in helping me find the correct engine and delivery methods for my needs. He is a real professional, and a nice person on top of it. Very polite and thorough. A pleasure to do business with.
Note: I haven’t opened the box yet, but it doesn’t look damaged and is in good shape, so not sure what condition the engine is in. I accidentally checked the no damage box and couldn’t change it.
