Had a minor glitch making an online order. I called them. A very nice lady answered the phone and quickly got my order taking care of. Plus, received my order quickly. This is a great company to do business with. I’ve been ordering parts from them for years. Now, I just need to move out of California to get away from our state’s stupid laws and continue to use small engines.
