I purchased this replacement engine for my Gravely a little over three weeks ago, and the initial service was fantastic. Dustin helped me verify that the engine would "plug and play." Last week, after I cut the grass, I noticed the motor had oil leaking from the top, and I immediately contacted them to start a claim. I also sent them pictures of the engine. They said someone would contact me by phone to troubleshoot the issue. Shortly after, I received an email stating they could not tell anything from the pictures and that I needed to take it to a local dealer. I then called back, tried to get help again, and was told someone would reach out. I now have a seized motor, and nobody will help me. Again, it is about 3 weeks old; it should not have an issue, nor should I take it to a dealer who is 6 weeks behind to have it looked at. Something new should get more than an email. Something new, in my opinion, should warrant a replacement being sent out right away and them taking the broken one back. Sadly, customer service has come to this, and nobody cares.
