It was easy to contact an employee via phone, and they were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about matching a new engine to my 20-year-old one. Excellent! Their website showed lots of information and was easy to search. Shipping was much faster than I expected for an item shipped truck freight. Prices were the best I could find for a name-brand engine (Kawasaki). Communication throughout the process was good. Overall, I'm very happy.
