When ordering a part for the motor I had bought a few years earlier I had received an email with a quote. When I responded to the ordered I received a 2nd email with a different shipping charge. I responded the the email asking for the first quoted pricing with no response. A week later I called to find out why I haven't received the part or an email with a tracking number. The response was that the order was canceled. I was not pleased. The person on the phone had straightened the problem out accept for the fact I was still charged the wrong amount for shipping. I will not accept the fact that I was quoted I price and billed for another. This is not acceptable.
