I have been a satisfied customer of Small Engine Warehouse for decades. Never have I been plagued by the dreaded "buyer's guilt" syndrome. I place my order, and it is shipped right away and here on the East Coast within a few days. What few shopping glitches I experienced were corrected on the spot: I ordered a sctatch and dent engine a while back that arrived with an irrepairably fouled carberateur. When I informed them of the issue, I was sent the replacement part immediately, no additional fees. Last week we experienced some minor confusion as regards my most recent order, and Tim resolved it over the phone - no big deal. It's for these reasons and others that I will continue to shop with Small Engine Warehouse, and will recommend them to anyone who does outdoor property maintenance, and/ or buys, sells, or repairs yard and/ or agricultural equipment.
