Absolutely terrible service
I have been with them for 7 years. To start with they were great to deal with and customer service was good.Now, the customer service is lower than poor. I have to phone them all the time. They promise an engineer but no one comes out. After chasing for 4 days I eventually get an engineer visit who confirm the fault with the appliance and a replacement appliance is necessary. They sent the report whilst in my home. I chased Smart cover who say they are still waiting for an engineer visit. When I confirmed they have been they said they need to wait for the report, despite already having this. Chasing 4 days later, they confirmed they have the report but it needs to be reviewed. Another 3 days and I chase. After arguing again, they confirm a replacement machine is needed as it is beyond repair. I am told to wait a few days for the replacement team to confirm which products I could have and any additional costs.
You guessed it... no emails. I need to phone again to chase for the emails. I know this is a very poor and doesn't appear to be a legitimate service provided. I am now considering taking thus to the ombudsman to get them investigated as Im feeling uncomfortable with paying 7 years of premiums and not getting the services that was paid for. I will be reading their terms in detail to see if they have breached any of their obligations. I think enough is enough.
