I had an email to say I phoned and cancelled my insurance, WHEN YOU KNOW FULL WELL I DIDN'T. I think it was a ploy just to get me to phone you. Yes I owe 19.98 which I was going to sort out until I got a letter, not email sorry, Saying I cancelled my insurance. I have said on numerous occasions I have 2 children with disabilities I can't come to the phone most of the time. But you seem to phone every 5 minutes hounding me. You know I will be in touch at some point. Or you could just take out a double payment when due next. I'm not happy at all,
