Took out a policy with this company for boiler insurance. Engineer turned up to complete service 2 hours late stinking of smoke and himself comfortable in my house. When I was asked for a review about this service the person who called me was also very rude. Also if you don’t call to arrange a service no one will contact you.
No option online to turn out off auto renew either.
