I looked online for cover for one of my kitchen appliances and initially had an online "chat" and was advised that a member of the team would give me a call. Approximately 10 minutes later I was called by Raj who was very polite and helpful. He gave me a quote, explaining what the costs and cover were which I was very pleased with and accepted.
Raj was a very competent person and had a very good telephone manner and was very confident with the the product he was selling.
