I have been a Smart Cover user for years & I love the product. I was actually on the automatic shipment for 2 Deep Beige concealers every 3 to 4 months for $29.99. I just stopped receiving all of a sudden 1 day last year and called Customer Service to find out why. I was told there were new owners & all subscribers had to re-do their orders. I went to website to order, but they don't offer my shade for that price anymore, they only order lighter shades. I recently called to order my shade, but was told if I wanted that shade I would have to order 2 separately, therefore paying twice what someone would with lighter skin tone for the same kit. As I am sure Smart Cover has its reasons for this, but to a customer with darker skin tone it would seem as if Smart Cover is catering to lighter skin toned customers. I emailed Customer Service after speaking with a Representative couple days ago and have not received a response.
