“I was so excited about getting smart cover concealer. I wanted my spider veins covered and a small brown spot on my face. On the videos it showed that it worked but when I tried it it did not work. Made my skin look shiny and glowing, but didn't cover like they said it or showed. So disappointed.”

“I had requested to be notified before auto renewing my order but the order has been shipped when I dont need a refill. Want the order to be cancelled. Also the coverage is not as good as it was before. Have they decreased the pigments in the concealing cream?”

“Every once in a great while you find a product that lives up to the hype. This is one of them. I ordered the starter kit and am wearing a dress, no hose, for the first time in more than 20 years. The broken veins (lots of them) on my legs are imperceptible. Also great on dark circles under eyes and those ugly age spots and a bonus is the back of my hands and lower arms. Works there too. This stuff is incredible! Thank you, thank you! Just ordered more.”

“I have been a Smart Cover user for years & I love the product. I was actually on the automatic shipment for 2 Deep Beige concealers every 3 to 4 months for $29.99. I just stopped receiving all of a sudden 1 day last year and called Customer Service to find out why. I was told there were new owners & all subscribers had to re-do their orders. I went to website to order, but they don't offer my shade for that price anymore, they only order lighter shades. I recently called to order my shade, but was told if I wanted that shade I would have to order 2 separately, therefore paying twice what someone would with lighter skin tone for the same kit. As I am sure Smart Cover has its reasons for this, but to a customer with darker skin tone it would seem as if Smart Cover is catering to lighter skin toned customers. I emailed Customer Service after speaking with a Representative couple days ago and have not received a response.”

“just received my order and couldn't wait to try it. I was so surprised at the looks of it and how natural it was on my hands! Dark circles didn't have the wrinkled look that most concealers give. Just a great coverage, smooth and natural! I immediately bought another supply for my legs.”

“Customer service is not good. No one ever answers the phone. I have call several times today which is Thursday February 13th and no answers. I have a issue with my order and I need it resolved so if someone actually sees this I sent a message to the number on your website. I left my phone number please call me. I love this product but you sent me the wrong order.”

“I really like it better than anything else right now. I am 52 and it doesn't accentuate anything you wouldn't want it to and it wears well all day. Looks natural. I need concealer with it, which I didn't need with my Too Faced foundation, but that's okay. I like that the coverage is natural. I wouldn't think it would cover blemishes or spots, but maybe it does. I don't really have any redness or spots to cover, so it works well for me.”

“I just got it after searching high and low for something to cover very predominant brown spots on my face. Im not searching for it anymore. This product is no better than any of the others I used. Estee Lauder and Loreal are no better and I am very disappointed. I have an inexpensive Cover girl foundation that covers just as well as your product.”

“Doesn't cover great but does cover. Seems more sheer than I thought it should be...I'm light skinned but light made me look white...also when it covered...seemed to make lines and creases more obvious...it's ok but not great...”
