It rubbed off on a dark shirt and took the color out of the shirt. Not smudge proof

Customer service is not good. No one ever answers the phone. I have call several times today which is Thursday February 13th and no answers. I have a issue with my order and I need it resolved so if someone actually sees this I sent a message to the number on your website. I left my phone number please call me. I love this product but you sent me the wrong order.

I just got it after searching high and low for something to cover very predominant brown spots on my face. Im not searching for it anymore. This product is no better than any of the others I used. Estee Lauder and Loreal are no better and I am very disappointed. I have an inexpensive Cover girl foundation that covers just as well as your product.

Product doesn't cover the age spots on my face or veins on legs as they advertise. Too bad because I was expecting a reliable product.

The color is way too light for my skin tone and it's very cakey.

i’m very pale so i ordered the light shade kit, but all the shades were way too dark for me. the light beige color did not match the color advertised on your website whatsoever. and yes, i tried it with the color corrector. still too dark. i am also very disappointed with the amount of coverage. i bought this product to cover up a dark birthmark (something you claim to be able to conceal) and it was still visible underneath after application. i could have gotten the same amount of coverage with my regular foundation/concealer, at least then the shade would have been right. i feel like i wasted my money and i am overall very disappointed.

Very disappointed with this product. It made me look like I was embalmed It also rubs off and the tube was half the size I was expecting. In the ad it looks like a toothpaste tube but the actual tube is 2" long. Very expensive for the amount

Hi Cal, The tubes are just under an ounce but a little bit goes a long way. Our concealing creme gives a natural looking finish. We can help you with your shade matching. I placed an order 3 weeks ago, never received it. I then wrote an email to Smart Cover asking for a refund or explanation; and never received that either. While I like their cosmetics, their customer service is horrific.

Don't fall for it. You have to join and commit to order every 3, 6, etc. months to get the t.v. price. Forget it!!!!

I was really thinking about ordering your product for myself, family, and friends. After reading reviews I will not! You didn't even send one woman her product or refund her, and the tubes are too tiny? No way!

I ordered my product on June 10th and without ever hearing anything I started to ask why I never received my product . Ok was told it was being returned for some reason . I don't know who to blame for this but to this day I still haven't received my order and have left many messages asking why... I want my order but I'm so frustrated I want a refund at the same time . I'm still waiting to hear if you've resent my order because I haven't received a refund either .
